Tales of the Small Things
Currently writing a book about the journey of ingredients.
Everyday things have extraordinary lives - a fresh look at cinnamon, nutmeg, pepper, coffee and turmeric cross the world, from plant to plate, and East to West.
How the globe south feeds the global north, questions around sustainability, ethical sourcing and a celebration of all those that have a hand in producing the small things that we sometimes forget, but really should cherish.
